This is the absolute worst medical group! Slow to refill prescriptions, the doctor doesn't respond, and such a rude staff! Also, the doctor will tell you to come see her and when you do, she will ask why you are there like she has never met you before. They treat you like they are just shuffling in thousands of patients and you are just a number. They were great until they because Health First. Now they are terrible!

I have been with the Health First providers for a long while now - Dr. Surber is my MD. They recently moved to this office in Titusville from Port St. John, and I love it! The nurses are ALWAYS so nice (Darlene especially!) and LOVE that Dr. Surber is here. She is one of the BEST out there!!!! Thank you for being in our Health First Network, I wouldn't go to anyone else!

They have closed that one. I just had appt and had to go to the Titusville location.
