Crazy they don't allow you to swim after dusk...I get liabilities, but a renter should be allowed to utilize the pool as long as they are responsible and respectful.

Nice place for a few months but then they started remodeling the apartments. The units beside me and above me vacated and the non stop construction, drilling, banging and construction workers yelling has been and issue for the past month. Tried to call the office but kept getting and error message so I knocked on the office door and some guy gave me the usual BS that the lease I signed allows for this. The noise was so bad today my dogs are shaking and trying to hide.

Very well. Lived here since 2012, pet friendly, gym, pool, etc. Close to shopping stores, Walmart, Target, any some others. Friendly neighbors. Definitely worth considering.
Single bedrooms start around 850 and dont include water or electric. 2 bed 2 bath range from 950 to 1050 depending on what deals they are running and if you sign a lease or not.
About 125 for both electric and water
I believe it was 3x the rent.
