It says 24/7 but it isn’t I have been in and out of the hospital since May and I missed mays payment but current on the rest, they freezed my account so now that I’m out of the hospital and ready to get back at it I have been calling tonight since ten and it’s 2am had a friend that stays in Dunn and ride out and nobody is there to take my payment smh! I have never worked so hard to pay a bill in my life. I think Jessica Tart said it best when she said if they don’t want to work then the head person needs to go up there clean house and start over with ppl who will actually stay their time.
