They do have rooms for familys. Note that you have 7 days to find employment or they will make you leave. This is christain based sheltee. Open monday - friday from 10 am to 4 pm.

Yes. Any usable items we gladly accept. This includes clothing, toys, furniture, books, housewares, etc.

How old do you have to be to volunteer? My 8 year old niece wants to help. How do we sign up?

No. You must have identification but you're not required to have a birth certificate to present. This is necessary to enter the work program of Beacon Rescue Mission.

The primary program of the beacon mission is a work program. People must be able to pass a urinalysis drug test and have or find employment. We go through interviews with people seeking shelter Monday through Friday 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.
