Would not recommend anyone to buy a pool from this place. I bought my pool at the Hwy 42 location. When I went back the next week after install with questions they had moved to Dunn. You have to call this location 10 times before you can get someone on the phone. Dunn is not down the street like Hwy 42 was so I could just stop by anytime. They had to know they were moving when I paid $5000 for my pool and they didn't say a word. They are not available for questions too far to go get supplies and now my pool is leaking. I've only had my pool 2 summers. The installers won't answer my calls and the store referred me to Rising Sun Pools because of coarse they don't service what they installed. Good customer service is so hard to find. HOW CAN YOU NOT STAND BEHIND YOUR WORK? I am so disappointed. Why would a company want to take away from what was supposed to have been such a special experience? I wish I had known all this upfront. Then l would have went have to Rising Sun Pools, where I should have went in the first place. They service their pools.

Team is great and will test water right there for you. They do run out of stuff pretty fast so make sure you stock up with your supplies when they have it. They have a keen memory for repeat customers which makes it easy for you when you forget what things you need for your pool. Prices are $$$, what what pool store isn't, but I found that Amazon is higher.
