Staff is very helpful..gym is clean and there are supplies available to clean machines. There are lots of different types of equipment to work out on.

It just became 24/7 for about a month. At this time it is 24/7.
Make sure that you get it writing about your contract with them so you dont get charged double for your membership like me and my daughter did when we signed up for a membership with them ok quan
It all depends on the type of membership you have. If you have a black card you can go to any gym.
I concur.....the mob arrives around 7 -10am then it calms down. Repeat from 4-9pm
