Great place to bid on old and wrecked cars. The fees aren't cheap, but if you get a good deal it's still worth it. Salvage prices are high right now.

The employees we spoke with were very nice and extremely helpful. They made a bad situation at least a little more tolerable.

A note to all of you infrequent auction participants. I recently bid and won a car at auction. After paying for it, my account was suspended. Why? I didn't have the appropriate paperwork in. I was to told I should have checked the app. Well, I used the app everyday for a week before the auction - no messages. Called customer service, found out what was required and sent vi email. Response 2-3 days to process. As for the car, it I don't pick it up in three days I get late fees charged. They said go to Copart Transport App and schedule... you guessed it, can't use it or schedule since my account was suspended. Makes me wonder why I paid them within an hour of the winning bid. This is bureaucratic madness - I can't even call the local site directly and arrange for pickup. BE AWARE - THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!

Because I can't give zero stars. My husband is looking a bike found one at the copart in dunn no bids on it. Was told we could go look at it before we placed a bid on it. My husband was told over the phone all of this. We showed up staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Now we're out 60 dollars and no refund.

If you are a transporter, you have to sign in at the kiosk inside the building. Then wait for them to call you back in the retrieve your vehicle. Of course you will need to wear mask while inside the building.
Sign up on the website, all you need in order to bid is to submit your contact information, provide a valid, government-issued photo ID and pay for your membership
You have to register in the copart online and when you raise all the information they ask you will give you a number to buy. You will be afraid to upload a legal photo of you. To buy expensive you can bet up to 1000 dollars. If the car costs more you will have to leave in deposit of $ 400 to bet more than $ 1000
Lumberton you need to get the load sheet at copart in Dunn before you go to the sublot
You just have to have membership. Which is free. You have to register online. If the car is worth more than a thousand, it has to give 3% of the value of the car
Yes you can buy a whole car here. You need a dealer license to be able to purchase cars from them. Or you can find a broker to purchase the car if you don't have a dealer license. Some vehicles can be purchased without the license but very limited amount of vehicles.
As far as picking up a vehicle, it's by Appointment ONLY. Not sure when it changed. But that's at All Coparts Nation Wide...
No, it is a salvage yard reseller

Can you rephrase your question? I would be happy to answer if I understood the question.
You can get good cars here, some with minor damage for good prices

No
Whomever won the vehicle changed their mind about buying it. They were charged the $400 relist fee and place back on auction.
The best way to find out if a business is open or not is to call the business by phone
Call copart in Raleigh North Carolina
Typically I bid online and when I win I pay and I have my towing driver pick it up.
People bring jump boxes every day. I go there for work and I am allowed to have one. I see buyers there with them every day, so if they are nit allowed then they are sneaking them in regularly. Ask the front desk about their policy.
