I very much agree with you, Moses, yesterday I spent all day at home waiting for the package by the window, looking to see what time the UPS people came and nothing when it was 6:05 I checked where my package was and what was my surprise that the person who was carrying my package reported that he had come to my house and there was no one there is unheard of they are mediocre liars putting false information, they have disappointed me because that package was my anniversary present to give it to my husband today I am very upset about the poor service provided by UPS and in the same way I reported this situation to Amazon because they should work with companies that have more professionalism and professional ethics.

In my case, driver made one attempt, and on second day package was shipped back to the Seller. After one week again driver couldn't find the address, so I went to Hialeah to pick up package. UPS from Hialeah is worse in Miami area.
