Went there yesterday and Pierre was helping me ask him for oil change and tire rotation just leave your car about 2 hours just like that didn’t even ask if I was a regular customer there I left and book an oil change somewhere which is more interested to earn my business I’m not returning to this big o tires and all my friends

It was my first time going to Big O Tires and it was really easy to make an appointment online for a break assessment. Pierre was super helpful and friendly. Just overall great service from the whole team there. I will definitely come back.

My wife and I took our car in for service. We used a coupon and saved a lot. The job time was quoted at 1 and a half hours. We dropped off the car at 10am. At 11:30 we were handed the keys. Amazing. The car runs and rides great.
