The phones work, the representatives just sit there and don't answer them.
IF anyone ever does answer the phone, they end up transferring you to someone who shuts you down either way. This VA is hopeless! I almost died last year with pneumonia because of lack of "care!"
My husband has experienced no problems getting through whenever he wishes. I will say that if any calls come in close to their closing time, you may not get through because they do turn the phones off exactly on time. Exactly!
Depends on what department, some answer and some dont.
