There is no professionalism in this establishment and this is evident in many aspects of their customer service and ethics. It won't be long.
Poor scheduling and unorganized. It is always that way.
Every time I have ever been there, the wait time is like that. The front desk lady will sit there and staple papers, clean off her desk, shuffle things around, leave the desk and wont even check you in for at least 15-30 minutes. I feel like if she checked people in normally as most other offices do, it would speed the wait time up. Shes never been nice the times ive been there, no smile, not friendly at all. And this is not just with myself, ive noticed that she is this way with every patient that speaks with her.
they are slow unorganized rude and unprofessional. I suggest you get a real primary care provider. they are convenient as a urgent care but horrible on every other level

My experience is if you make an appointment you are in and out!I have been a patient for over 25yrs. If I walk-in I come in on a Saturday or around 3 or 4 in the afternoon.That way the majority of their patients have been seen are they are ready to go (Staff included)! It works for me!
