I bought a car from a private party in SC, I need to get a NC tag and register and title change. I have the title in hand. What is required? Do I still need to get it inspected? I have tried calling the DMV but no one answers. I have insurance

Uh just make sure you have insurance, title keep any paper between you and the other party just in case and make sure everything you needed to get notarized is. If you have all this you can get everything done
