That particular Wild Wings has had some issues including service over the past few years. My daughter and I used to go there quite a bit. Try the one in Colonial Heights , it's usually busier but I think it's better.

Service isnt the greatest, but they save leftover wings and reheat them so the food is terrible anyways. Definitely the worst Bdubs ive visited and I too have been to numerous locations across multiple states.
Yea, it is bad and slow.
I'd even try the Mechanicsville spot
I can agree with Ron it's been that way for a few years. I like BWW but dont frequent this location which is convenient because of the service.
