If your old furniture is still in usable condition donate it to Habitat for Humanity and they will come pick it up free of charge.
Ashley wouldn't remove my old furniture. Also, the delivery dates were way off. I ordered a dining room set before Thanksgiving and was told the usual 7-10 days. I started calling on the 10th day, 2-3 times a day. The phone kept ringing and VM not returned. Finally got a human on the 26th day at the store. I was informed that my set was on back order and might be in by 12/18 with an available delivery after 12/21. The words between the lines were really delivery in February or March because of the hurricane and everything was being sent to the coastal stores. On day 28, we went back to the store and got a full refund. BTW, our sales guy, Ed, never called, nor any one else from Ashley to let us know anything about delays. We found a beautiful set at Furniture Distributors on Fire Tower. Walt was great. :)
Call gods love, they pick up old furniture. Other places like churches can help. However check rooms to go or furniture fair first!!!
What kind of question is that? Who do you think we are? Hertz?!
