I lost my decals after paying for and receiving my updated registration. How do I go about replacing those decals for the boat

From the ODNR Boating home page at http://watercraft.ohiodnr.gov, in the FREQUENT QUESTIONS section "I need a copy of my registration/I need another set of decals": Replacement decals and/or a copy of your registration are available through the mail or at one of our Watercraft Offices. They cost $4 each ($4 for a new set of decals and $4 for a copy of the registration). You need to send/bring in a Duplicate Order Form with the fee. If in Columbus drive too the ODNR buildings. Stop at the gate with I.D. and they will direct you to the appropriate bldg. $4 for registration and $4 for boat decal. Open Saturdays too!
