They have a certain numbers of employees stocking items and some people may of called out that day
Stickers have to stock; in a 24 hour store, it has to happen when customers are there. And aomerimes when you think we’re texting, were on our handheld scanner, logging on, looking for position, etc.
N now i hear that theyre cutting out their cashiers...
Wal-Mart was packed today at least almost every register was open but still had to use self check out
I want to know why employees are blocking the shopping areas with carts of stock and hiding behind the stock texting! Why management isn't doing their job, it's hard enough to get through the store with other customers talking/texting on their phones without employees doing the same thing!
I don't know why . I do not work and I am not a manager. They are getting like K Mart just have one check out
