I've been there 2 times and both times were very pleasant. Different people cut my hair and it was cut the exact way I wanted it both times. I am very pleased with their service and will continue to go there. I go to the one in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.

"Not that great-clips" is more accurate. I came in wanting a simple cut with light layering. Not only is it heavy layering and choppy but the lady who cut it was so aggressive. I told her my scalp was very sensitive due to a lot of recent hair loss and she was so rough with me ripping hair out with the comb and keeping my hair dry. I kept saying please comb more gently and wet my hair, that hurts. And she's say oh sorry I have a heavy hand. $14 isn't a bad price if they do it the way they should... I know others who go here and see different people every time and consistently get a messed up hair cut. I will go somewhere else next time just like my friends.
