I went to look at the furniture. I've heard they have a lot of nice sets at both Columbia and Lawrenceburg TN locations. I was impressed with the selection, however, why would you display items that have seams torn, boards sticking out the back, stuffing out of cushions. I mean this tells me that this is what is gonna happen to to items I purchase. It doesn't matter how bad customers treat them, you need to take pride in your displays.

I absolutely love Big Lots, and generally I would have nothing but glowing things to say about this location, because it’s awesome- that being said, we just left the store and the whole entire time we were in there an employee followed us around like we were being sketchy about something lol. My advice to that employee is if you’re going to follow shoppers around, at least try to make it less obvious that you’re following people. Other than that, I love the store.
