The Wendy's in Lawrenceburg, Tn dining room has been closed since the virus started and the note on the door now says due to short staffing but yet there's not one single hiring sign anywhere to be seen at the store. And when you finally make it through the drive through, there's more people in there working then there was before the pandemic. Management or somebody needs to do better at this location!!

Only reason it got two stars is because it used to be decent, fries stuck together and over salted, stale bread on the burgers, a single junior patty on a burger that was supposed to be a double, ordered a large got a medium, not sure if it's management or staff

You guys have really gone downhill. Got a large chili and it is a good inch from the top and very watery. You guys forgot the fries in our order and my wife had to go back through the drive thru. Here is a pic after one watery bite.

Sadly going to have to stop going here. They used to be fast and reliable but not anymore. The last few times we have ordered we have either gotten the wrong order or half of it is missing. Drinks are rarely correct or they're warm because they are out of ice frequently. I've given the benefit of the doubt several times now as I understand the entire industry is short staffed but enough is enough.
