Waited 30 minutes to get my order from the time I pulled into the drive thru to when the food was in my hands. It was about 3pm on a Saturday and I don't know if they're short staffed or what but that's ridiculous. I ordered a 24 pack of cheeseburgers for my family and a small fry for me since I can't eat the burgers. After that long of a wait and my fries were barely warm. The lady apologized but waiting 30 minutes for $30 worth of kinda warm food is disappointing. They are basically a sister company to White Castle with a more menu options from what I've heard. They have a lot of yummy looking things but I'm not sure I want to try them. I tried the grits bowl with sausage and it was like a bowl of grease. I could barely eat it. I was pretty excited about it too. I may give them one more chance but I'm not sure. My hubby seems to likes their burgers though.

You know, I have loved this place as a kid. Grab little burgers that have their own unique taste that just beats other burgers because it's different. Grab some loaded fries and a milk shake and have a meal. They closed Pulaski, Tn location, which means now I have to drive to Lawrenceburg Krystals now to get my food. Stupid move Krystals. But I have been a customer since as far back as I remember in the 90s. Great food, great prices, and the most friendly staff.

They'll cook lunch at brkfst if you're willing to wait. Hubby had shrimp. He enjoyed it. I had the gravy bowl tasted good just the gravy was too watery. Locals were entertaining .

Food was hot and fresh (including the fries). It came out in a timely matter even for them being a little busy. Drinks weren't terrible like many fast food fountain drinks. Staff was friendly and bathrooms were clean.
