Unfortunately, they pulled a "Jerry Seinfeld" on us--they TOOK our reservation but they did not HOLD our reservation and when our car broke down, they left us without a vehicle. Terrible. We will never use them again.

Horrible experience. Booked online the day prior and upon arrival was told no cars available. Further learned that this wasn’t a one time issue, multiple people were dealing with the same issue. Then learned this is constant - apparently Enterprise doesn’t have live inventory online so will always allow you to book regardless of availability! The agent was so unhelpful and apathetic, but I have sympathy for him as it seems he deals with this constantly. Why does their website not sync with their actual inventory?! I went straight to a competitor but it caused much stress as I was unsure if I’d be able to get to my destination. So disappointed.

I just called and set up a reservation. Yes, if the debit card is connected to an actual bank account. And you're over 25. This is according to the lady who made the reservation. Unfortunately I don't think I'm going to end up getting it though. So I probably won't be able to confirm this for sure.
