Very unpleasant Concierge makes visiting friends an anxiety filled experience. Condos have high enough hoa fees some money should be budgeted for anger management for Grumpazoid

We have looked at condos to buy here. The building is wonderful and the corner units have incredible views. But the concierge has been so rude to our Realtor on all three visits that when it came time yesterday to write a contract we decided we can't live there. We would have loved to buy either of the two units we looked at but just could not bear to have to live with Mr. Scowl McNasty in the lobby.

Yes, based on individual units though. Pet owners are required to use separate service elevator for up and down.
There is a parking deck but you might have to pay to park
The building is double glazed and has lesser noise than the similar buildings around the park area.
There is a concierge in the lobby.
