Center of Uptown Charlotte. Awesome heated salinity pool, theater, dining, parks, sports- AAA Baseball is 1 block away plus NFL and NBA 4-5 blocks away!!!!

The building is not well kept and the Owner is very quick to let me know he owns it and WOMEN BEWARE!

I had to work in the building, some really nice people live there. Great views of the baseball field and uptown.

Check with home owners association. While visiting, I noticed lots of info posted in elevator. I would think the best time to move in would be during the work day.
