Shania displayed herself incompetent. She was unprofessional and I’ve never encountered a rude receptionist at My Eye Dr all the years I’ve been a customer, so it was very interesting. The manager didn’t even acknowledge my complaint when I mentioned how mindless her behavior was on the phone.

I had my appointment and i was able to check-in online for my appointment. When I went on appointment day, staff said my appointment has been canceled since I did not confirm my appointment. I told them I confirmed online and entered all my insurance info and still staff said no it has to be verbal. I did not get any call. Staff said they gave me call two times and left voice message. I didn’t get any call or voicemail. I got text for my appointment as confirmed and still they said it has to be verbal. What a waste of my time. I have to reschedule appointment
