We been going here for years they have really fell off leave messages and they do not get back with u my son had his eye exam over a year ago and still haven't received his glasses I continuously called to check on the status and all they could tell me was that it wasn't in yet and they will contact me when it got there so I waited after months of waiting and no call I finally reached back out and they said that they didn't have my insurance card why didn't nobody tech me and let me know that then then I called and gave them the insurance information and they said okay they would get his stuff ordered right away in a rush 3 weeks past and the glasses were still not in the next time I called they told me that it wasn't even ordered and I will have to bring him in to pick out some more glasses so we went in and picked him out a pair of glasses and waited another 3 weeks just for the glasses to come and not be the ones that we ordered

My visit was a little long but pleasant. Everyone was very nice and professional. Really enjoyed my visit. The staff was warm and courteous. Thx😃😃😃

Edited review: Unfortunately I need to drop this rating significantly. Turns out my prescription was incorrect. I had two sets of glasses made with the prescription(a third party then verified the glasses were made to match correctly). My vision was not improved and made my eyes hurt almost right away. I attempted to reach out to Advantage to figure out what we could do next, honestly I was even willing to pay for a second exam, and they just never got back to me. My initial appointment request received a very prompt response. I can't begin to express my disappointment. Original review: One of the best experiences at an eye doctor to date! The staff were all very cordial and professional, quick to get my insurance information and initial testing done. Dr. Newsome herself was friendly and very informative(I would say the most informative and educational optometrist I've dealt with!) I'm quite new to the city but I think I've already found where I'll be having my annual eye exams in Charlotte from here on.
