Always skeptical of government offices; but individually, Mr. Hoffman may have changed my mind 🤔

Very slow…. You need an entire day off if you decide to visit this office. Out of the 21 windows only 2 worked regularly and other 2 assisted 1 person in my entire 2 hour visit. They need to di something because people don’t have 2-3 hours to waste.

Can’t even get ahold of this office. Called twice and waited for over 20 minutes each time just for them to hang up. They make you think they are going to answer and then it hangs up. So horrible.

Do I need an appointment to sign up for Medicare
If I retire at 62, what benefit can I have?
Yes, call there and set one up.
Direct express card from gov has worked best for me, no over drafts , ask social security, for application
Best to go into your local social security office to make the change, they will update it in the computer immediately. No timely delays of getting your important mailings, otherwise I believe you can go to the social security website and do it online.
Do you have to call to the Office
Can I get general information about Medicaid requirements at this office?
Contact the IRS
No, you need to get an appointment.
Nope you have to have an appointment to enter the building. If you don't recieve your ID through the mail in the time frame they gave you give them a call and let them know as soon as possible. Also they have slowed down mail delivery through the USPS.
Drive license birth certificate
The office is close since march, only by phone
You can call the local office or the main office and get the area extension number
Call 888-294-0161. The office is closed but they will set up a call to help with your questions.
Right now due to COVID emergency appointments only is what sign on door said. Went to the location not knowing it was closed. But they werw also very helpful walking me through my questions by phone and the wait was actually not that bad.
https://www.dmvflorida.org/drivers-license/drivers-license-identification You need to go to a Collier county agency to get drivers license, not social security. https://www.flhsmv.gov/locations/collier/
No. It's closed. You have to call.
For this you should call them
No, but the office gets crowded in the late morning. Best to arrive when the office first opens if you don't have an appointment. I was surprised to see how well the office is staffed.
Just go there before 4 pm and pick up a ticket from a machine and wait for your name to be called.
Idont no sorry
They ask for a work permit or residence
I am pretty sure you can fax them forms. But call the offoce to be sure
Yes with a good back ground
I don't know if that's true or not
Take as much identification stuff you can gather about yourself and the young boys...birth certificates, et al. You could call there and make an appointment and ask as well.
Yes, most definitely!
U need to go in
Marriage licenses and Driving licenses.
Probably Google the Internet...
I believe you sign up for it there. I did.
I don't think you can get ANY benefits until you're 65.
Yes...but you'll have to get details from SS office.
You can call social security & give them the information over the phone. It's Simple believe it or not. They verify your identity of course etc.. u have that long wait on the phone but that's it.
Well, they may have had an appointment OR they had a different reason being for being there. Sit there and read a book or stare at your
I would get all my IDs together...birth certificate, etc. ...drive over to SS office and apply for a new one. Tell them what happened and ask what to do.
Drivers license, A pass port, birth certificate...a military ID ic you have one.....you need to prove who you are, age,and US citizenship.
I would go there with as much documentation as possible.... ID, death certificate, SS#s of husband and you, etc. Check in and you will wait till your # comes up and then talk to an SS agent... I'm sure you'll get it sorted out.
Are you able to go on line and figure it out. Otherwise if you're in Naples, go over there and talk to someone....allow a couple of hours and you should get it worked out.
You can work part time. As long as you don't make over $2000 a month including your income you have now.
