My wife and I bought fans from this store and we had a great experience. The original fans we bought did not work well with the remotes they came with, so they swapped out our fans to other fans of our choosing free of charge, no questions asked.

We had looked at ceiling light (pendant) options on the web site before stopping in. We browsed for a bit looking at options that we had not seen on the site. When we were ready, we engaged with Justin Avery (store manager), who checked inventory and prices. We eventually bought a floor model - Justin carefully took it down and explained how to install. It looks great in the space. Justin also printed out some specs for other lamps we'll likely need in the future. We're happy with the store & service.

One of the best customer service experiences of my life. Foolishly, I ordered 2 fans that were too small, and against the advice of Otto: Naples Fan Counterman extraordinaire! My mistake, yet Otto was a superb gentleman and very patiently and professionally helped get me the larger fans and work out a very easy and positive exchange.
