How come you guys don’t answer the phone anymore? This is third time I’ve tried to call Pizza Hut and the phone just rings and rings. I eventually just order it online, but there are perks to being able to speak to a live representative.

I'm sitting in there right now. The phone has been ringing since I got here, and no one has noticed. It seems like background noise to the employees. I would suggest the Pizza Hut app. It's what I use to order from this location. I have tried calling multiple times over the years, and they have never answered the phone. It's part of their work culture. It has nothing to do with staffing.

They have been short handed with manager off (her mother passed away). Hope this helps and someone is available to answer phones next time you call.
