Its definitely ~$60/per month base price. I pay $45 with a student discount. There's other discounts as well that's worth asking to see if you qualify. You can commit to a 6 month membership (which will net a discount) or simply go month-to-month cash, which is my option. It's an awesome place to workout, if you have any more questions im happy to help.
I don't know. I pay my personal trainer, and don't know what his fee to the facility is.
