F45 is an AMAZING workout! The Garden District’s facilities were clean, organized and the coaches An & Jordan helped correct my form while providing a fun experience. They also have a large locker room area & showers making it easy to go straight from your workout to school/work!

Yes, when you become a member, you have access to our F45 lifestyle app which provides daily dietary and meal prep plans, as well as at-home fitness tips.
Members are required to wear a mask when entering and leaving the gym. Wearing a mask during workouts is completely optional. Trainers and staff are required to wear masks while inside the gym.
Our gym comes complete with a full locker room which holds two restrooms, two showers, and a full blow dry/beauty bar.
Yes, you can purchase a one-day guest pass or a one-week guest pass.
We offer six classes per day on weekdays. Three classes on Saturday, and two on Sunday.
Yes, 6-month memberships can pause their account for up to 30 days at a time. 12-month memberships can pause up to 30 days at a time, 60 days total in a calendar year.

Yes, we offer discounts to all students, military, and first responders on our monthly memberships. Not applicable to class packs.
We offer several different memberships ranging from month to month, 6 months, and 12-month memberships. 6-month memberships require a 60-day commitment, while 12-month memberships require a 90-day commitment. We also offer an 8 class pack and 20 class pack membership.
