Works out 3-Times a week @ ANYTIME FITNESS for 2- hours each day. Getting myself realy in TOP shape for a almost 74 yr. Old man. With a waist line of 32".

13 and older. Probably will be able bring as a guest once but would need a membership if it's a regular occurrence
