People make mistakes. Taking the time for you to go inside and ask them to make it right is your fault if you didn't. Calling them incompetent is a failure only on you if you didn't go back inside to get it correct. People tend to forget that others make mistakes when in a rush to complete orders in fast food. If you wanted it right, you should have went in or at least called to allow them to correct it. Remember, you're not perfect and neither are they. Mistakes are a part of life.

I've noticed that the quality of their service has gone down as well. As a result, we eat there less often. Oh well, that's money out of their pocket, not mine, if they happen to care. Also, check your entire order before leaving their drive through, even if they want you to hurry up and just move on.

Wow its crazy I went there the other day this past Sunday to be exact and although my order was right the lady was very rude at first while taking my order. When I got a little attitude back she changed hers a little. Then another time a couple of weeks ago they messed up my sandwich gave me a regular when I asked for nashville hot. Springfield KFC definitely needs to get their staff in the front together. The food still taste great though so no complaints there.
