I am very upset. I let them do my tires and when I got it back I noticed I was hearing a thumping noise, so I called them back up and I let them know. The guy on the phone said they would have to charge me another service fee to look at it AGAIN. I just paid them all the money I had and wouldn't have any money till my next paycheck. Turns out they didn't tighten my bolts on my tires when they changed it and they came off while I was driving. Now I have a messed up rim. I will never go back to this place ever again.

Terrible. Had car troubles getting my step daughter in Springfield and they didn't allow me to make a appointment and said they could get me in when I got there and lord and behold they lied and said we could drop it off when I specifically told them that we live 2 and a half hours away and yet didn't matter. Better fire the staff that lie to people in need Firestone because they ain't gonna give you more business as they keep it up

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Had I gone to this review page, I would have never bought tires to begin with. Brad should not be working front of shop.Does anyone else find it odd that all the ratings are either 5 or 1? Looks like a lot of bad reviews countered by some fake positive ones. Update l just turned 5000 miles and did oil change.oil pan stripped. This place is the worst.

This is the worst Firestone I’ve ever been to. Every time I take my car in for service, the job is never complete. Most recently, I came to get my headlight and taillight replaced. They replaced the headlight, but not the tail light. Last time I came in to get my headlight replaced and an oil change, they did the oil change and did not replace the headlight.. I found out when I got pulled over and a ticket. Several times I have come in for an oil change and it’s taken them 3+ days when they say it’ll be done by the evening of the day I dropped it off. I am thoroughly disappointed in their work and their customer service. As a big corporate company, I really hope that Firestone headquarters steps in to help these guys out because other locations I have been to are great! This location is closest to my home, so I really hope they get better soon.
