Previously great experience but the usual people are “on vacation”. We were told we had a year to return ( not exchange but return) a king mattress we purchased because of this policy. We bought other mattresses here and the service had been great. Today the person refused the return of a King mattress. A supervisor on the phone said we could not even leave it overnight to sort tomorrow when the other crew was in due to Liability issues. My family and friends have always lived Big Lots. We will not be back
