We hadnt gone to this DQ before and probably wont again. After being pulled up to wait on order we decided to dine outside. My girlfriends Sprite was nothing more than carbonated water so I had to go inside and get another drink. She wanted sweet tea and they gave me one that was only about 2 thirds full. I asked for it to be topped up and then they said there was no more. The tables outside wernt clean at all and had to sit on one side that was cleanest. There was no pepper gravy with the chicken strip combo and had to go inside to get it and they said they didnt have any. I had only ordered 4 PC bbq chicken and was given and charged for a combo with no drink? My fish sandwich had almost no tarter sauce on it at all and the piece of fish was very small. The Texas toast that came with both meals was saturated with butter as though it sat in it for a while? The fries wernt even warm and almost cold.

Terrible idea to send EVERYBODY around corner!! You have no gauge of what the wait will end up being. I’ve been waiting 20 minutes for my small order.

$4 for a cup of soft serve is insane. They also don't listen well in the drive thru. Management is not helpful.

Please stop making everyone pull up by the front door. 5 or 6 cars and it blocks the whole parking lot. This is a fast food restaurant. There is nothing complicated being cooked. Serve us at the window. Every single time I go something is missing and I can't even walk in to get it corrected. I'd have to wait back in line then pull up AGAIN.. while all the other food I ordered gets cold. $22 bucks a mini blizzard, an oreo cupfection.. and a small burger and fries. I waited so long the the ice-cream melted everywhere, and I didn't even get my drink. The employees are friendly but sometimes that's just not enough.
