We have used Blossman in Statesville for several years now. The only gas burning appliance we have are gas logs. We were using a set we bought second hand. They worked ok for a while, but they were a cheap Chinese set and began giving problems. Went to Blossman office to look for a new set. The lady in the office showed me several sets but I had my wife go back and pick the ones she liked. She picked the Sassafras set and set up an installation date. Joel was the installer who came today. Very nice guy. He ran into a problem with the set fitting correctly due to the gas valve box being in the way. He managed to work out the gas pipe so the set would work! He finished the installation, showed me how to work everything, and then cleaned up. My wife couldn’t be any happier. Well done Joel.
