I wasn’t going to post but I decided I had to. About 2 weeks ago I went in to get 3-4 inches cut off my hair. I worked for great clips in another state for 5 years & never in my life have I experienced something like this. Not only did they not honor the online check in & took 3 people before me but the stylist made me STAND while she cut my hair. I’m 5 months pregnant & constantly dizzy & nauseous so you can only imagine how my hair turned out. 100% uneven. I left that store knowing I’d never step foot in there again. Do better Great clips.

I've been to this location twice for trims. The first time, a stylist cut a huge chunk of my hair and then said, "You wanted bangs, right?" I absolutely never mentioned bangs. The second time I checked in online with a 0 minute wait and then proceeded to wait 40 minutes while they brought back every customer that checked in after me.

Amber from Hendersonville was soooo nice BUT there was an older woman there Teresa Treadway who was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Teresa actually pointed her finger at Amber & hatefully said 'if you put that brush in her hair she'll have to pay extra'! Poor Amber had to blow dry my hair with her FINGERS :( If I ever go back there I will call & make sure Teresa is NOT there! She either HATES her job or she's why they can't keep stylists!
