Cheaper employees. They dont get paid that much and there usually arent enough for all the departments, they don't always hear the page or perhaps they're with another customer. Then, hopefully they know the answer to your question!
They have a directory when you call. Ive been able to get an answer sometimes by dialing zero at the prompts
Don't get why don't answer phones. Need to hire more if can't even pick up a phone

They make the employees that have 5 additional tasks other than answering the phones responsible for do so. If couldnt reaxh anyone its because they couldnt multitask all that well.
