not only is the space extremely clean and organized, well air conditioned (it’s been a very hot July) but I was also lucky enough to be taken care of by two amazing Phlebotomists as a walk in. I’m a real baby about getting blood taken and had a pretty bad anxiety attack while having it done this time for some reason and was extremely embarrassed. not only did both of these incredible women take excellent care of me (brought me an ice pack, rubbed my back and told me everything was ok and i was doing great and even a pokémon caprisun) but they made such an endearing effort to make me feel better, comfortable and a lot less self conscious about my reaction. I know they are professionals but still- I appreciate you ladies! thank you 🙏🏻 to the staff at Coventry East Side Labs. no one likes going for a blood test but if you live in Coventry and have to- at least you know you’ll be in good and safe hands here at this lab.
