Went to the store in February, ordered a new liner and chatted with Deb while we were there. She told us our liner install would be done early to mid June but please don’t hold them to that date due to the fact that they have many liner installs ahead of us and there is often additional work on these jobs. When the old liners come out, that’s when they see what needs to be done to the pool. Mid June I sent an email to let them know my email address had changed. The next day they came out and was able to measure the pool, (couldn’t be measured in the winter with snow and ice on the pool). A few days later, I informed them that we were having company in town mid July and if there was anything they could do to fit us in, it would be helpful. Well, they did it. They arrived days before our company and dropped a pump in the pool. They leave it there and then we unplugged it at 9pm once it was done. They arrived the following morning and removed the old liner. We found our old liner was leaking and the floor where it leaked needed to be fixed. He quoted 10 bags of vermiculite and they completed the process. We were only charged for what he used and it was far less than 10. Thank you for the honesty as we didn’t keep track of how many bags were used. We were just blown away at the work that had to be done and how nice it came out. Jay and his team came back the following day and began the liner installation. Jay and his crew did a great job. They were polite professional and friendly. We needed a new pool light as critters had chewed thru the cord on the old one. Installed it. Ron came out to do a couple of things and all I can say is, we enjoyed our chat. Great sense of humor. Ron and Deb are good at what they do. Their teams know the business well and the pool has never looked better. We got the pool treatment in the contract and it was well worth it. Our pool looks amazing!! The staff at the store are professional, polite and knowledgeable. I believe we had Emily at the store. God I hope I got her name right because she was so nice. Ron and Deb bring their dog to work too, so if you like dogs, he will love you. The dog knew dog if you’re people and just enjoyed making the rounds. Great place. Great work! From day one, I knew that working with Deb and Ron would be a great experience. They were highly recommended by neighbors of mine. I researched 4 pool companies as we were thinking about putting in a custom in-ground pool. While we could have had a pool last year, we decided to wait for the best. The package that The Pool Doctor offered was the best for the money compared to other companies I met with. Deb went through pricing and design with me, and Ron and his team (Dave, Dennis) were fantastic. My family and I have been enjoying our "splash time" since May of 2022 and couldn't be happier with our amazing lagoon-shaped pool with a tanning ledge! We love it. Ron and Deb are the best and the team at Coventry have provided great feedback on servicing the pool as well. You will not go wrong with The Pool Doctor of RI.

Hope they can Install a 100' ×27' Heated Saltwater Inground Pool with 15 'Ft Deepend , with 10' Elaborate Corkscrew Waterslide ,and Limited Diving board at my house on Plainfield Pike, Foster this year.
