Mike was wondeful. He is super friendly, knowledgeable and quite jovial. We chuckled and laughed a number of times while we visited. He easily helped us with a new phone, upgraded FIOS equipment and correcting an issue with our account. The 5 stars go to Mike for a thoroughly pleasurable experience.
