The flea market is free and the parking is free I went to the state fair three years ago and it cost me $8 to get in sometimes they have car shows there about shows I never went to them but there is a fee to go in and see those events
10 dollars for adults children upto 12 pay $3 seniors are free wrist bands for rides are $35 unlimited rides versus $1 for each ticket
It depends on what day you go because on Thursday during the fair if you bring 5 canned goods then you get in free but you can buy a wristband to get in and ride rides without tickets or you can buy the ticket sheets which i think are about 5 or 6 dollars per sheet or if you dont want to ride rides there are also games and lots and lots of food which cost money. I recommend going to the fish sandwich truck theyre really good.
The grounds are free. Depends on the event for their entrance cost. They are all different.
