Posting under my husband account because i don’t want my name displayed ! Worst place ever . The staff is sweet ! But do not do their job !! I came back for my checkup and was told i was fine ! Had very unusual bleeding very heavy had to go to the ER the ER told me i had retained fetal left inside ! Went back to them to let them know what the ER said was told “ they always send people back and pretty much be lying “ sent me home told me i was fine come back in 2 weeks ! Went back was sent home told everything was fine ! that VERY same day i bled so heavy !! I had 4 huge blood clots come out had to go to the hospital come to find out i still have retained product left in me ! Even though i was told i was good ! Now i have to get a D&C done by another doctor because this clinic could do their job ! Been dealing with this for over 2 months now and this is ridiculous. If i up to filing a law suit i definitely would !

Been trying to email and call about getting my medical records released to my doctor and having the hardest time getting a response. They come up with rules as they go when it comes to trying to get documentation for being out of work. Very unprofessional and not compassionate at all. Going to just get my doctor to try and request information here on out it’s ridiculous.

Where to begin. If you can choose any other clinic I would advise it. The staff is terrible, very rude and unprofessional. The entire building lacks empathy and compassion. Don’t arrive 1 minute late or you won’t be seen. Always keep documentation because it’s only their word that matters and policy can change from person to person. They don’t make the process any easier and aren’t there to help. When I asked to speak to the “boss” she refused to come out to speak with me. Worst treatment I’ve ever received, go to another city where you’ll be treated as a decent human.

My first time at an abortion clinic and I wasn't impressed. When I drove up, there were lots of people in the parking lot and after observing everything, I finally realize after a few moments that I was to follow the people in the rainbow vests. I wish that information was told to me before my actual appointment when they were talking to me on the phone so it wasn't so confusing driving up. The staff were definitely not professional. After filling out the packet of paperwork, I had a few spots where I missed that I needed to fill out and the lady was acting extremely annoyed that she was having to tell me again where to fill out the spots that I missed. Then to other ladies started having a conversation about their friend who just had their baby, and was talking about the details and how the baby was doing. EXTREMELY inappropriate conversation to be having at this type of clinic. It's not an easy choice for every woman to be having an abortion, and to have to stand there and not say anything while these two women are having that conversation was extremely disheartening. In the back you get some blood work done to see if you react positive or negative for your blood work. One of the ladies said she tested positive to the other lady, and when I responded positive for what? The other lady didn't even acknowledge me or that I spoke but instead started talking to the original lady who took the blood work and said" they will always ask positive for what? So I normally just say that the blood work is reactive" felt extremely rude to not even be acknowledged like I wasn't an actual person and like it wasn't my blood. When I asked again what the positive meant, the original lady who took the blood said, I'm not sure...it's just positive.... How are you going to be taking my blood and not even know what it's for?? So if I needed another abortion would i come to this clinic? Probably not. The staff have a lot of work to do on how to treat people especially in an environment as fragile as this one.

No, we do not provide that service. You should see a specialist, probably an infertility specialist. Good luck!
