I think just the Google hours are wrong. It's open till 11pm during the week, midnight on the weekends
They close to clean and restock also to help with lose and found
Its open from 8 to 11pm and 12am on weekends in Raleigh NC, not sure what state fair and in what location you went to for only 4hrs time frame.

That's really frustrating! I had been there last weekend from 1 pm to 4 pm. I think the weekend duration lasted for the whole day. I am not sure why the week days are for only 4 hours.
