You have to be over 18 and proof of rowan county resident to stay at the shelter
You have to have an ID the last time I took anyone there. They have you fill out paperwork. They do have a curfew. They use to help with clothing and food for those that have jobs. If you are an adult with children they work with you on that. They have a certain time you have to be out in the morning too. No drugs or alcohol allowed.
And if your not a resident they will allow one stay , I actually helped a man recently three months ago with that answer as long as you have an I.D. and social security card.
