My boyfriend is having to stay here for a while due to his stepdad kicking him, his mom, and sister out. Is there any wifi or are there any phones they are allowed to use so that i can keep in contact with him and make sure he is doing okay?

He has to make sure he lets them know he has YOU on the list as contacted persons or else everything is private. Wifi there is only if your in school or for the facility's access for work search. There is a Mickey D's in walking distance for wifi.
