Contact the arbitration unit and request a hearing. If your time has expired to request the hearing then contact the supervisor of the FNS unit, Rebecca Lopez. If this doesnt work contact Brenda Jackson, Director of DSS.
I lost my job in december and was receiving $15 at the time. I reported it and it was "noted" on my account. I still only received $15 after that and was told that I was supposed to have received documentation and a phone call about it. I decided recently to just reapply to get a new case worker. New applications bring attention to you.
Good luck trying to speak to a supervisor unless you personally go there and they will try to block you from speaking to a supervisor. I get nowhere. We are disabled and elderly but my help is $15. Good luck.
You'll need to take it to the higher ups...because I had that issue and it ended up being the the social worker wasn't doing her Jon properly
