Billing horror story: After telling the front receptionist, nurse, NP and billing that this was an annual physical that was covered 100% by my medical insurance, and provided them with all the information related to it, they still sent me a bill of over $250 (checked my weight, height, blood pressure and drew blood. One of the quickest physicals I've ever had). I called them and explained the situation again. I also told them they didn't perform one of the procedures I was being billed for. They entered my dispute and 2 weeks later received another phone call, telling me my payment was late. Short story, turned it over to the insurance company to file an appeal. 6 months later, insurance company stated that they are still waiting for the clinic to code the care properly so that it will be 100% covered. (and this is an in-network provider).

I waited for an hour to get my paperwork done, another hour to be taken into my room to be seen, and then after an hour I still hadn't been seen back in the patient rooms. I came in for a perforated eardrum on my right ear. When they checked my blood pressure and temperature they stuck the temperature measurement in my right ear, the one that was injured, causing me discomfort. Do not come here. I couldn't get a refund and it was a waste of my time.

****Do not come here unless you want to get charged out the a$$ for the same services as an urgent care. **** They say they are an urgent care when you call them, and the Lt have a big glowing “express care” sign above the door you walk in, but they have you sign a disclaimer that tells you that you’re going to be charged like an emergency room. I signed this form, not reading it word for word, as I was very sick with the flu (Not my finest hour). Weeks later I received a huge bill from them. I will never go back to this place. I called my insurance and they called and found out they charge everything as an emergency room and hospital visit, which is not covered by my insurance. I’m so glad I asked the lady at the front desk, specifically, if the facility was an urgent care or an emergency room (sarcasm). Don’t get me wrong, the workers at the facility were polite and took good care of me, but as to their billing department, they know this is a scam. I repeat, do not come to this facility. This place truly deserves zero stars.

It took forever to get seen and I was in excruciating pain. They didnt give me anything while there just send me home in pain with prescriptions and no pharmacy is open.
