My experience at Concentra was a good visit. Staff was very attentive and friendly. The representative I worked with was super friendly with a warm personality. The last representative I saw was very informative and a great conversationalist.

I was 6 in line 30 minutes prior to opening. It took 1.5 hours to get my appointment completed. Not sure how you guys are doing business but even if all 5 people before me were there for the exact same thing, they weren’t, that’s just ridiculous.

I was the second person through the front door. I had an 8:00 appointment and was the the 6th person to get called back at 8:40. After I got back things went very smoothly and quickly though.

It's a shame that the wait time here is so long they have to come around with snacks and water. NEVER again will I come here and don't recommend anyone else, unless you have an entire day to spend here.

We are a urgent care facility we are not a primary health care provider. But if you need blood pressure medication you can go to the Emergency Room and get blood pressure medication I would go to First Health on Radford Rd there are great I hope this helps you
