Yes the park is free and you're able to control some of the Jets of the fountain with your cell phone, if you're on the Wi-Fi in the park. Food truck Fridays are a good time to visit. Starting in May and running through October, on the third Friday of the month there's Food Truck Friday. It starts at 6 and runs until 10 p.m. There's live entertainment, and of course multiple food trucks with about everything you could think to eat. The local craft beers are also available.

Yes, there are free parking spaces along the side of the road around all sides of the park. And there is only the one fountain. The nozzles spray water at different heights creating a show that cycles once every two or three minutes.
